I visited the Mr Price Sandton City in order to return a product that I purchased earlier in the day at the Mall@Reds store. Upon reaching the staff member at the tillpoint at the Sandton City store, I was advised that items cannot be returned on the day that they are purchased!!! The staff member (I did not get her name unfortunately) was adamant that I will have to return some other time to return the product!
After calling for the manager of the store, another senior staff member casually advised me that this is actually not the case, and processed my refund! So, clearly, not all staff members are trained to assist customers, to the point of actually making a mockery of the MR Price brand!
Please look into this, and rid this store of toxic staff members, who would certainly cause your loyal customers never to return again!
