I was so disgusted with your service on Friday evening, that I did not even eat the food that was bought. We decided not to go through the drive thru. There were 4 lines when we entered the store and I took my place at the back of one queue. After about 10 minutes we were still standing still, there were people on the left that were helped and the 3 rows on the right was moving, but not the one I was standing in. Eventually the lady started to help the next customer in our line. She took ages to get their order and at that stage I was to irritated, I wanted to leave. My son then decided to stand in the left row as they were moving and was helped, only to find out that they are ALL the customers from the line we were standing in and that the lady helping our line, are messing up the orders.
The manager / supervisor started to help on our side. Needless to say, she had our order wrong! Afters waiting in the store for an hour she gave us zingers and not burgers and the ice cream was wrong. My children 8 & 12 could not eat the burgers and I did not want to eat. All that time and money wasted because you do not have competent staff assisting customers. This spoiled our whole weekend!
