I purchased a new laptop from the store in Pinetown on Tuesday this week. The purchase was pleasant and the staff were very helpful even though they were clearly busy. Unfortunately the laptop had a hardware fault which i discovered yesterday. I then called the store and was asked for my contact details for the manager to get hold of me. I didn't even have to wait to long for that and was told immediately by the gentleman that i should bring the laptop in and have it replaced. Normally in this situation you would expect that the staff would try to get you out of the store as soon as possible. Today I walked into the store and once again i was given absolutely fantastic service by the young lady. The Game store in Pinetown is a very friendly place and the staff are incredibly helpful even when you can see that they are strained because of the amount of customers. I am very bad with names but would like to thank each and every one of them. The store will be very high on my list of recommendations for my family and friends
