I ordered something from Firstshop on the 18 December they promised me that I would receive it by the 20th. when I followed it up on the 20th the parcel hadn't left. Albert promised me that I would have it on friday the 20th afternoon.
End of the day come and nothing. and the worse is that the closed for Xmas. So they have my money and my gift. I cant even go buy something else.
Worse service ever.
