I went to CNA Centurion to find out what their pricing is on playstation 3 consoles. I was standing at the pay cue, and it seems that there is only one person working there. I do not know who are staff members or who is there only to take stock or whatever they are doing there. The person standing behind the counter was on the phone for what seemed like ages. No one wanted to assist me or any other customer for that matter. This not only happened once, but several times while i was there. on busy days there are at best 3 staff working behind counters and it takes forever just to pay.
You should really up your service and get staff that actually give a about your store.
