Samsung 4 battery failie

My s4 is 4 months old but the battery is acting up. i charge the battery than within a few minutes the phone switches off. The battery is sowllen. i can not use the phone five mintues without it blacking out. I brought the phone brand new. This is not something you expect from show a prestige that should offer high quality phones. i am really disappointed with Samsung
