I purchased a Samsung galaxy s4 a few months back and wham the battery almost swollen twice its size this weekend. When I took my phone to vodacom they kindly informed me that will have to send the phone in for repairs??? Why not just replace the faulty battery. It almost completely ruined my VERY expensive smart phone. I had to buy a new battery that was quite expensive (and im not even sure whether this one will also be faulty). How can I go about for a free replacement of my battery without having to send my entire phone away?? I cannot go without my phone indefinitely. A reply will be much appreciated. I really did not expect samsungs s4 product to be this dissappointing.. :((
