It rather frustrating! Finding out after you have sent your product in to have it fixed... thinking there is a 3month guarantee period.
So, within the 3month 'Supposedly' guarantee period the appliance (KitchenAid Blender) was giving me problems, again.
I took it in, they said they will contact me with regards to the fixture of the appliance as I just made the guarantee period as told by Claremont Home Appliances.
Neverttheless... they sent it away to a sub-contracted repair company called 'Wings'.
I had to follow-up and they then got back to me saying: that their (Wings) repairs does not come with a guarantee! If I were told this in the very beginning..I would not even repaired it there! I spent roughly R800-R900 to get it fixed! Its the hidden policy that makes me mad, as a consumer - they just don't tell you this! Why?
I was told they can fix it but will have to charge me again. And to put the cherryontop C.H.A says they had no idea that the repair does not come with a guarantee!! How is that for Customer Service! I have a coffee shop, regardless for what nature of usage (I was told to not be using this product by CHA) as a customer, I just wanted my product fixed and feel to!
