Think before buying Samsung

I purchased a 560 Litres Samsung fridge in 2011. This year the technician had to repair the sensor for my crisper 3 times already. The long and the short of the story _ I cannot keep any veggies or fruit in crisper as it fills up with water due to the fridge not defrosting correctly.

The fridge have not been working properly since September 2013. According to the Technician a replacement request have been submitted to Samsung early in November 2013. Low and behold, when I followed up on Friday the 6th of December, Samsung have no record of this replacement request! By virtue of the fact I received the such awesome service from Pro Lad electronics in the repairs of the fridge, I went and purchased almost R30k's worth of Samsung products.

Seems that when push comes to shove Samsung cannot deliver when a replacement needs to be effected (which is part of their warranty).

After this experience I'll make sure to tell all my family and friends of the shoddy service and feedback I received from Samsung. They really make you understand that they "love" their customers. Think twice before buying Samsung!
