My kitchenaid is a year old and stopped working. I sent it in for repairs and after three weeks have been told that I need to pay R600 odd for repairs to the gears. When I queried the guarantee they said yes but there's no guarantee for the gears. This is ridiculous. Not only is this ridiculous but when I called Wings who are the agents in Cape Town they were off handed and incredibly unhelpful. I had a Kenwood for over twenty years without any hassles. Never again would I buy any Kitchenaid products
