Bought a microwave from house and home. Unit has no power and is only 5 months old. They now refuse to repair the product under the guarantee because they say they found a cockroach inside. How does this become a consumers fault when they cant prove the origin of this. A cockroach could have came from the supplier, delivery trucks, warehouses or the store. But now they blame the consumer for something beyond their control. And then there guarantee does not state anything about an insect voiding a guarantee. Really pathetic thinking u buy a product with a guarantee which breaks after 5 months and then also realize that your guarantee is not worth the paper its written on. Really inferior products. Dont waste your time or money buying LG stuff you'll save yourself alot of trouble
