Camera having an ink

Hi I laid a complain regarding my camera yesterday and the management from game called me to tell me I have to complain at nikon not game as the charges where maid by them so what I wanna know is how can they charge me R570 where else I bought a camera for R899 please help I really need your help in this as I didn't use the camera it was still new and I found an ink in it they told me its negligent an I have to pay for fixing it please help
