Unhappy repair service

Hi there!
I bought a Samsung DMS300TR dishwasher on the 4th March 2011. I understand that it only comes with a 2 year guarantee. I phoned Samsung (0860 726 7864) to find out exactly how long guarantee it has just to make sure. I sent it in to get repaired at a local appliance repairer. Had to pay R150 handling fee which gets deducted from the quote when it gets repaired. 2 weeks later the lady from the appliance repair business phoned me to let me know what is wrong with the dishwasher, she told me that she phoned Samsung for the parts, but then Samsung said that they don't have parts for that model and discontinued that model dishwasher. That exact same dishwasher can still be bought at a number of shops. So how can Samsung let them sell a product that can't be fixed? I phoned Samsung again and they said I must try a different business to repair it. Then I must pay handling fee again??? And Samsung haven't got parts then??? What must I do now?
