Insufficient service in guarantee period

Bought HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 5525, within 5 months it made a terrible noise, gave messages of paper jam, no paper. Repaired. Within 3 months exactly the same. Repaired. Within one month exactly the same. Company refuses to replace the printer. Will do so only after 4 th repair! My problem is that the problem is never solved, only a new part is installed which gives the same problem after a period. The company is only buying time for the guarantee to run out. To have it repaired, I must travel 100km. twice to deliver and pick it up. This is a factory fault and need to be replaced under the guarantee.
