Like many people who have raised concerns with regard to the battery swelling, and the struggles encountered to have the battery replaced.
Given the new twist whereby Samsung released a statement about fault batteries being replaced, will mine be replaced?
1: I went to Samsung Store in Brooklyn Mall and they mentioned that the issue could have been cause by me over charging the phone and thus human error, this was in September and bought the phone in June.
2: Its mentioned that the warranty is covered for 6 months, if its Samsung that said its human error and I had to buy a new battery with them now turn around and saying its battery fault, will my battery still be replaced?
3: Contract with Cell C and they also mentioned that the issue is due to overheating (visited Brooklyn Mall Cell-C)
