I just wanted to say thank you to Samsung in Bryanston.
I sent an email on the 25th of November with regards to the swollen battery problem I have been experiencing. I was told it is definitely a faulty battery and that it will have to be replaced. They asked for my delivery address and I received my new replacement battery in less than 23 hours. Your exceptional after sales service is really commendable.
I am one very happy Samsung owner... :)
