Good day, My name is Liza de Villiers. I have a Samsung S4 not older then 4 months. Two Weeks ago the battery started swoling and my phone keeps shutting down for no reason. On 30 Nov i was at the Samsung store in Brooklyn Mall. When I told them the story all the man said was he does not have stock. I live 40 km from this Mall i cant drive every weekend to ask if they have a new battery. I requested them so post me the battery but i was told he cant. This is the first time i buy a Samsung product and the last time! This Is unacceptably and a bad product! You advertise the S4 as an amazing product and now? please explain to me! You say there is Samsung Care stores near us but where? When i asked they told me that this is the only store in Pretoria??? I was told that this is a common problem with the S4's battery and now they don't have any battery's???
Please if Samsung is truly a good company they will resolve this problem!
