I have booked in my phone for a screen replacement for almost a month now and and have had nothing but bad service from the people that work there. When I booked in my Samsung Galaxy S4 (16/08/2013) they told me that it should be ready within four days (20/08/2013), when i called to ask if my phone was ready i was told they don't have screens for the phone and they will only receive on the 2nd Sept, later on i receive a call saying they will receive them on the 3rd and my phone will be fixed and ready for collection on the 6th Sept. Today is the 13th and i still haven't received any call from them regarding my phone. Each time i need to call them on how far my phone is, they don't update their clients on what is happening unless i call them, its impossible that one stays the whole month without a phone and top of that no one knows the truth and procedures of the company. It is the 13th today and still nothing, I have tried to call them several times but there is no answer. It is so disappointing that a company that deals with such a high volume of cleints does not deliver to their promises and responsibilities.
