- Phoned Hyandai Menlyn and asked if it will be possible to bring in my car as there is a screeching noise on front right wheel. The lady who answered said that they were very busy, but that it would be fine.
- The service advisor - Chrisrae - booked in my car
- A driver was assigned to do drop-off's. This man should not be allowed to drive a car let alone be allowed to have passengers in the car.
- At approx. 15:45 I phoned Menlyn to asked what the status of my car was. I was informed by Chrisrae that the front and back brakes had to be replaced and also the disked "scheemed" and the cost of this will be approximately R3000.
- I told her that I had a service as well as a maintenance plan. She informed me that there is no maintenance plan. I asked her not to continue with the work and that I will confirm with her on the Monday morning.
