Record low for Bad Service received

Purchased Samsung hob&oven July' 12. Oven broke during October '13. Called Samsung-they sent somebody to fix. Oven broke within a week after being repaired. Called Samsung-they sent somebody to fix the oven. Upon testing it broke on the spot. Oven needs to be replaced. Its been more than 2 weeks and I have no oven! Been phoning Samsung almost every day for the past 2 weeks & each time another agent tells me to supply numbers contained on the oven & each time I supply. Yesterday I was asked for a "PK" number after having been informed by an agent on 15.11.2013 that they have everything in order to replace the oven. No "PK" number on the oven. Phoned Samsung this morning and informed the agent that I have had enough. No supervisor has phoned me yet despite me asking. Nobody has informed me that I will be supplied a new oven today or any other day. Samsung insists on being the top seller in SA. Compare the over 1200 complaints on this site alone with the 185 complaints for LG - think we should start supporting LG as they have better service and by the looks of things better products as well! Next call is to the Consumer Board. Worst service ever. Most incompetent call centre agents.
