I have a Samsung S4 that keeps rebooting and is only 5 months old. I called the customer service centre and was told its a battery issue. A new battery was promised the next day and that was over 2 weeks ago. Each time I call I am told they are out of stock but will have within a few days and I am next to receive one. I am left on hold for over 10 minutes at a time and I have officially run out of airtime and patience. Either they are going to replace the battery on my phone or not but either way I think I should be told the truth.
