Can someone tell me whats going on without telling me "we have received the parts and a technician is busy fixing it'
I have booked in my tablet 30/09/2013!!! They have been telling me they will get back to me but I AM PHONING THEM every week and same old story.
Please can higher management give me the real story. How long does it really take to fix a tablet.
A quotation 171331 was sent to me 17/10/2013 to tell me to make payment, MY TABLETS IS UNDER WARRANTY. So I had to phone them again and the lady told me to please ignore the quotation as its under warranty.
I need answers!!!
