I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Pocket a year ago. Have BARELY used the phone - never even downloaded on it, nor surfed internet. Battery time is pathetic - not even 24hrs! I charge it 1xday and remove when fully charged. I DO NOT overcharge it. However, battery swelled up 5 days ago and wouldn't hold charge more than a couple minutes. Took to Samsung Constantia park & they told me it's from overcharging! Absolute GARBAGE. I then had a couple of other cellphone repair places look at it & they all said it's a BATTERY fault. Samsung trying to pass the buck. When I try to buy a new battery I cannot find ONE anywhere on the West Rand! Totally ridiculous for none of the Samsung stores to have stock!!! Not one person bothered to order one for me, just not interested. Very last time I purchase anything Samsung, your aftersales service does not match your advertising hype. Absolutely furious that I have to foot the bill for a substandard battery & cannot even get one!! Whilst I was in 2 separate Samsung repair centres, other people had the exact same complaint. Battery not lasting long & cannot get a spare. How can you run an international company like this? Disgusting!
