End of July I bought a Galaxy S4 cash as a gift to my partner it has been barely 4 months and it has been more of a headache that a blessing. It started by giving an error "UNFORTUNATELY the process . com.google.process.gapps has stopped." which we troubleshooted and stopped but that was just a beginning of our problems. Then the battery started acting up, it would hardly last a day. We changed the magnetic cover thinking maybe it was draining the battery but that couldn't work, this weekend it sampled acting up, this weekend it was on a charger real time, when you remove it it switches off, there is nothing wrong with the firmware but a battery is a headache.

The worst thing with Samsung is that there is not walk in store you can go in and be assisted you are always told this and that and I think it is really unfair to buy a new battery while the phone is this new.
