Battery issues

Hi There,

Bought my phone in August and was loving it until the battery issue. Suddenly though barely 3 months old the battery has issues. The battery is swollen and bulging, the phone switches itself off (even is the battery is at 90%) and will restart in a loop. Once it up, the battery will be depleted from what, I don't know.

Please help speedily as I can see that is quite a common issue.
