We bought a TV from game two months ago. Now all of a sudden there is a black line going down the center of it. I phone sumsung and the said they would get a repairer out. I confirmed with the agent and he said that Repair Center in Queenstown would be appointed. The next day some people East London said that they had been appointed and would re direct the callout to Queenstown. The next thing I get a sms saying that the repair has been cancelled. I have really come to expect more from Samsung and I am so sorry I never bought the LG instead.
