Reported my washing machine broken on Friday 13/9/13... call center said they will dispatch a technician by Monday. today 17/9/13 I called LG again and was told they could not get a hold of the technician in my area of Menlyn Pta. They asked me to take down his number so I Could call him. I did not realize that LG were such a mickey mouse company that their clients need to start phoning around for help. After numerous attempts to contact this Techy, with no success... I have now resorted to this avenue. LG only has ONE technician!!! Laughable... sadly my washing is piling up dramatically
