Firstly I was misled by staff at the store in thinking that a case for the Samsung galaxy Note 10.1 would fit my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1. However when I returned home I found this not to be the case. I returned the product to the store for a refund, but the staff was very reluctant to refund me. When they promised that they would get me the real mccoy that same week, I settled for a credit.
Now two weeks later, I am still waiting for the goods! Furthermore, my requests for a refund is being ignored. Obviously they could not care less!
