Very bad and slow service on repairs

My washing machine broke so on 2013/08/21 i requested a technician to come and fix it, Lg told me the will send someone on friday the 23/8/13, sit at home waiting no one turns up. I called the call centre they will esculate someone will come on monday 26.The technician turn up, how ever he could not fix it or tell me what is wrong, it must go to workshop, he arrange to come and pic it up on 28/08/13, once again i wait no one came or even notify you they are not comming, i called again lg said they will pick it up on 29/08/13.which they did.
On 3/9/2013 my wife phoned the operator informed us the technician working on the machine is not their they will phone us before 10:00 on the 4th this never happened we had to call again, EXPLAIN EVERY THING AGAIN, got put through to the technician but the line is so bad you cant hear anything.
IT IS THE 4TH OF SEPTEMBER 2013 AND STILL DONT KNOW WHAT IS WRONG OR WHEN IT WILL BE FIXED AND HOW MUCH IT WILL COST .
Very very bad service 2 week without a wasing machine
no email adress on their website
Very very disappointed in LG
and their flaud pruduct and service
