I have booked with their call centre to sent a technician out for repair of our LG Washing machine. They came out the followng day. Stated need to take machine to their repair centre as need to order parts from LG, will have machine back on the Thursday afternoon. a phone call the Thrusday afternoon, will have it by Friday. Friday came and go no call nothing. I phoned the technician to ask whats going on, he promised to deliver it by the Saturday 11h00. Nothing happened. On Monday I reported it to call centre. The techinicain called to say wiating for spares from LG, dont know when he will get them. Requested to bring mahcine back as cant want so long, and went and bought a new washing machine. On opening the broken washing machine few weeks later, my husband founded that they never put back the old spares. Reported this to Dan twice, he promised to get back to me, to no avail. What is wrong with our service in SA guys!!!
