A technician came out to fix a washing machine on tuesday 6 august 2013. He left saying that we need to replace the harness. He assured me that mm all electronics will contact me the next day with a price on the harness. On thursday 8 august I had to contact mm all as I had no response from them. The person I spoke to assured me that she will call me back before the end of the day and I asked her to leave a message if I didnt answer. No call from mm all. 9 august was a public holiday and today 10 augaust I again had to call mm all. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told that the manager is busy with a technician and it will be too long before she is available.i requested again for a price on the harness and was told I will be contacted back with a quote. 1 hour 20 minutes later I have no call. The technician has now agreed to come and help me as I luckily took his number. If I had to wait for mm all I would probably only have my mashine fixed next week, if ever. Bad service!
