On the public holiday last week 24/9 - the door handle on my washing machine broke off. I tried to call the number on the machine without any joy! On Wednesday I called again and the phone again just rang! I the contacted the store in Clearwater mall and a young woman took my service call and said that someone would call me back to let me know when I could expect a technician. On Thursday I called again to be told that my service call had not been registered and that they would lodge it for me and that I would receive a call the same day to let me know when I could expect a technician to call. After being reassigned to the right service centre this continued daily until this morning giving me Friday pm for service call. Later I got a call to say that I had to pay R450 to do the repair. Now the repair has been cancelled by then without any request from me for the second time. HELP ME PLEASE GET MY WASHING OUT OF THE WASHING MACHINE!!!
