I purchased a Samsung Fridge from Makro Germiston in March. After 2 months the Fridge presented an odd sound and Technician came out to repair it. In the repair process a cover was damaged. Samsung then advised me to call Makro and arrange for replacement. I was very impressed with the services received from both Samsung and Makro, however it went downhill from there.
There is Dent on the door that I discovered only a day after the delivery. I called Makro and they logged a call and from there on it was in Samsung's hands but it's been going on for the past 2 months. They close Service calls without notifying me or giving any feedback. Keep asking for Delivery notes that I have already presented to them. Don't respond to emails. Keep requesting information they already have and have access to. This must stop and must be resolved now. I don't expect full replacement of the unit, just replacement of the door. PLEASE ACTION! PERSONS RESPONSIBLE: Mabundaltumeleng Cloepus / Allan
