LET ME REPAIR - RUINING SAMSUNG'S NAME

I logged a call on 9/1/13 to have our fridge repaired that's still under warrentee. Samsung gave my "job" to Let me Repair whom I've had endless problems with. A technician came to look at the fridge. A part needed to be ordered. Since then I spoke to 7 diff people re this job of which most of the time I had to explain to them whats had been & what needed to be done. Once they gave the paper work to the wrong technician, wasting another 2 days. I finally got 1 contact person, Joye. He assisted me a lot & was prompt. The part was replaced, but the fault was still there. Then a door needed to be replaced. Samsung sent a damaged door. Then a second door was replaced. My fridge STILL has the same problem with the new door. On 29/1/13 Joye escalated this job to Samsung. Thats 3 days ago. I haven't been able to get hold of Joye. I phoned Let me Repair h/o on 31/1/13.Spoke to Kayleen. I STILL don't know when my fridge will be repaired/replaced. This is mind blowing. NO ONE gives you any indication of how long it will take to repair my fridge or how long it will take for Samsung to authorise a replacement unit. We are a week away from 1 month since I logged the call. My fridge is under warrentee - deal with it!!!
