On March 2012 our house burnt down to the ground, after repairing and the good service of Outsuance and getting our money to starting over i purchased tv's, washing machines, oven, and alot more all cash .but now almost a year on my Samsung Fridge i am having a problem its leaking water, i have log complaints with makro and samsung and the conclusion is Sorry But There Is No One in That Area that can provide u with Service? Why is there not a sign in store saying please dont buy this item if U stay in a certain area. The complaint is now for 3 months hanging and still nothing happend in the meantime the warranty had expired. Should i be penilised i lodge the complaint before the exp date. And Makro refers me to Samsung and Samsung just dont seem to care. I have kids and a elderly person in my house what if something should happen to someone falling down on the wet floor as it leaks, any time of day i need to put a towel constantly. Who would be responsible if someone gets Hurt...? It is costing me alot of money to phone Samsung and makro. Please Helopeter help me!
