My parents purchased a samsung fridge for R8000, we unpacked the fridge and followed the manual as stated, the next day the operation was ok till latter that day in the evening it stopped working, we logged a call with mahomapelo Letebele @ makro he promised to arrange a technician from samsung which never happened, we've lost food @ the total cost of R1000 this is unacceptable this must be sorted immedetely as this is becoming a finicial loss to us, either makro take their fridge back or replace this one with immediate effect..0787477340 /0745843041 I would like to get feedback on one of these above numbers thanks MR M NTSOANE #
