Replacement fridge not installed as promised

A replacement fridge was authorised by Samsung SA after my 2 week old fridge purchased from Makro Vaal developed a door seal problem. Although a reference/ authorisation number was provided to Makro by Samsung it still took 4 days before they advised that they would deliver a replacement fridge. However the manager said that it was not his responsibility to install the fridge (removal of doors) into my house. I advised him otherwise and suggested that he and Samsung get their act together and advise me when the fridge would be delivered and installed. I then received a notification that it would be on Monday 25 Nov. Nothing happened and then I was advised that it would be delivered today... and that a Samsung technician would also be present to remove the doors and install it in the kitchen. Well the delivery occurred but guess what... no technician. So my new replacement fridge sits outside my house and maybe tomorrow a technician will arrive to install it. Maybe pigs will also fly. In addition we will probably experience a high veld thunderstorm tonight so the new fridge will be water logged. No response from the manager of Makro Vaal or his salesman who promised to get revert.
