Incompetent Service on Samsung Phones

My colleague delivered his Samsung Note 2 GT-N7105 to have the screen replaced, at the Samsung Care Centre on 14th Avenue, after the phone dropped. He booked his phone in and was advised that they would be in contact with him with a resolution as soon as the power came back on. Three days later after not having his phone or a replacement or loan phone being offered, he returned to the store but they HADN'T EVEN LOOKED AT THE PHONE. Now in our industry, your phone is your livelihood and being a business phone you would think these people would understand. Nevertheless, he brought his phone back and called the Customer Care number, where he was told he rejected the quote. HE NEVER EVEN SAW A QUOTE!!! I don't know how a company with a reputation like Samsung can firstly have such incompetent and uninterested staff at the repair center but the fact that they can then about it was utterly disgusting.
