Poor service and no communication

The above mentioned company are completely disregarding my order. The order was also only processed after i made several enquiries and after the normal waiting period has lapsed. After finally i get an answer about my order, there is no stock available and now i must wait another 5 working days after i offered to collect the order myself. This is completely unacceptable and very poor service delivery!!
