I placed my order on April 11th and the goods were dispatched on April 16th, it is now May 16th and I have still NOT gotten my product nor any communication from Biovea since May 1st. It is completely unacceptable that I have been waiting for this order for well over a month now.
Your website stipulates that orders take between 8-15 working days yet this has not been the case with my order. I am unimpressed with your terrible service and falsified information.
