I have an insurance to repair the TV whenever it needs to be repaired.a monthly premium is paid never ever had they miss payment since inception years ago.
At the beginning of June 2013 i requested my TV to be collected for repairs as it the pictures was on the screen was getting smaller (showing half picture).
The TV was collected two weeks later after numerous calls i made at the ff numbers : 011 4672580 spoke to a Chirad he gave me the no : 0878030810 spoke to a Melba who promise to send the collectors, which was not collected after another week,
I kept phoning and this time i got hold of a Cindy whom i explained my story and gave her the ref no 7254 .
the respond i got was that the job no was cancelled because they could not get hold of me.even after they had four of my contact details

I ask to speak to senior person and i was given the no number to phone 0878039831 which i did phone ad spoke to a NADIMA who introduced herdelf as the manager i told my story and agine a new ref no 7954 and she promised me to look into it and call me back, she did not call but the TV was collected on the 14/06/2013
after numerous calls 08/7/13 Nadima then said she is awaiting spares
