Customer Service at its finest

I just HAVE to tell you about this excellent customer service from GeeWiz, a company selling electronic goods online in SA.

Actually I will quote Pinni, from the admin team, a couple of times to show how well they deal with a customer from BEFORE he has bought the goods.

The story
I want to buy a WiFi repeater for my home so that the annex can also get a decent signal. So I google them, and up comes the [URL Removed] site, and they have what I think I want for R499. I'm not too sure about the device, so I spend a day on researching it, and when I return the next day to purchase, the price is R999?

I emailed them to ask what happened, and Pinni's response was, at 6.05 pm (when most people will tell you they are closed) was "Please let me know when you will be placing the order and I will change the price back to R499 for you".

When the parcel duly arrived yesterday, it did not work properly, so at 11pm I wrote to GeeWizz telling them it was no good and I would like a replacement or refund.
