No stock, 7 days waiting period for refund

I placed an order on [URL Removed] for a Barbie doll, waiting period for delivery as 5 days. 2 weeks latter after I have made many phone calls I am told there is not stock. They will give me a refund. I phone 2 days latter to query my refund only to be told I have to wait 7 days! I still have another item on order which I am told will only be delivered 3 weeks after I ordered it. I placed my order in plenty off time for a child's birthday party. I now have to go out & buy some thing else when I have not yet received my refund from [URL Removed] I did not cancel the order, why must I wait 7 days when they are at fault. 3 week delivery time is not what they promise. Kalahari will not start processing your order until your money is in their bank account but you are expected to wait 7 days for your money back when they are at fault.
