Vodacom poor online order handeling

I have placed and order for a Galaxy Note 3 on Friday and after alot of calls to have the order confirmed I was told by the one person that they have stock and when I called the after sales department they told me that they dont have any stock. When I placed the order Friday I was told they have stock. This is poor customer service and I cant believe that they still advertise on the website to order now to get yours. If the stock our out remove the add.

This is very frustrating and I cant get a answer about my order!
