In September I ordered a camera flash online, I paid promptly. Then was told it's sold out. I asked for a refund, and they told me it has to be refunded from UK. The send me a pop for GBP1600 even though I only paid R2100. After waiting 3 months for refund, I told them to just send me something else for that amount instead of a refund. They said they're waiting on Christmas stock, I still haven't received anything to that value, nor a refund, or the GBP1600. They thought I was very rude when I questioned how they can refund R2100 with GBP1600, eventually told me it was a mistake should have only been GBP600. I didn't even comment on that one... I've emailed them every day for 2 months, and kept getting idiotic replies. After that I emailed once a week. I don't think I'll see my money or anything to that value, but people out there need to be warned not to do business with them.
