Over a month ago I booked tickets via the [URL Removed] website, and payed via Cell PayPoint. The error I got was "Payment was successful but we were unable to reserve your seats".
Ever since then I have been trying to get a refund. I have been conversing with an employee via email who has promised me time and time again that the refund will be made into my account.
Here is the timeline:
March 31 - Failed booking was made. Ticketline told me I had NOT BEEN CHARGED (FASLE!!!)
April 4th - First email complaint
April 8th - Sterkinekor employee told me she had requested a refund, with reference number 132846. She told me that she would let me know once the refund had been processed (never done).
April 15th - I emailed employee and told her that I still had not received a refund.
April 19th - I was told REFUND HAD BEEN MADE (FALSE!)
April 24th - Emailed employee saying no refund reflected in my account.
April 30th - Emailed employee saying no refund reflected in my account. I was told it had been escalated to FNB.
May 6th - Emailed employee saying no refund reflected in my account. NO RESPONSE.
Sterkinekor, where is my refund or compensation? AllI have been given is false promises
