Kalahari - no stock but they won't refund you!

I ordered a book through [URL Removed] in September last year. Kalahari debited ny credit card for the book after the oredr was placed. They emailed me 6weeks later to tell me they could not find the book but they would refund me. I waited for two months and saw that the refund was not coming through and called them at the beginning of December. They said that they have discretion to either refund your money or give you an online credit! I argued that they could not do this! They promised to reverse this back onto my credit card. Days later I called again only to be told they expect me to go online and request the refund as they could not do this themselves. I explained that on my iPad I could not seem to get to the screen they mentioned. They again promised they would intervene and get the refund done. Days passed, is called again only to be to, d again, they are waiting for me to requeste the refund. I finally managed to do so by using another PC. I have since called twice to now query the whereabouts of the refund and I am told they can't trace it, I must just keep checking my bank statement to see if it has come through! What kind of appalling service is this? It's my mone
