4 Months and still no REFUND!!!

On 13 September 2013 I applied for a refund for the funds on my virtual account on the CIPC website. I got a immediate response requesting a list of items I must send in first. I did so immediately and after various emails and no answer when calling them, I got a response from Premisha Sookraj saying it takes very long to process the refund. So I waited, for a month without any refund. Premisha Sookraj told me to contact L Muller. I emailed (several times) with no response from this person.

In December 2013 I noticed that my virtual account shows a zero balance but the money has not reflected in my account, and still hasn't. I requested a proof of payment but nothing! I send an email to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] without any response!

These people are oxygen and should not be in the employ of such an important organisation! I honestly don't know what to do to get my money from these people!? Does it honestly takes 4 months to process a digital refund? Congrats guys! You are what is wrong with SA!
