I ordered some vitamins on August 22, 2013 and I did not receive them, when I emailed customer care they said they were probably so they will refund me my money back. I received an email from them saying they will refund my money into my account on the 1st of October and I've been emailing asking about my refund since. It's not November 5 2013 and I'm still waiting. I really liked Biovea but I don't feel confident ordering anything from them again. I placed another order with them last week and I will let you know if I receive it or if it gets lost how long it will take for me to get my refund... if I do get it back...
