On the 18/12/13 I received an email stating that the item i had ordered was out of stock (order#1610) and that I was to email [email protected] with my banking details in order for the money I paid to be refunded.
I emailed the required email address on 24/12/13.
After no response I emailed again on 27/1/14.
I checked the website for a telephone number but could not find one, so completed the online contact form.
Still no response to my emails or contact form.
Today I have emailed again asking what the progress is with my refund.
All this could be avoided if a contact telephone number was provided.
I have used wow deals in the past and have not had any issues with delivery of the product. I hope this issue can be resolved urgently. Regards Rene
